“The state executive meet of BJP to be held for the first time in Mysuru, and the preparations are going on with a full swing,” said BJP rural district President and former minister Kote Shivanna.
He was addressing a press meet held at the Mysuru Press Club on Sunday.
“The meeting will be held on May 6 and 7 at Kalamandir. Including Central ministers, MPs, MLAs, MLCs, District Presidents, 640 members will take part in the meeting. Already 300 rooms are being booked in various hotels in the city. Organising the meeting for the first time in Mysuru is a happy moment for all of us,” he said.
President of Mysuru district BJP, Dr B H Manjunath said, “BJP is based on the laws it believes. There might be differences between the members of the party, but the party has no difference. BJP President Amit Shah garnered all the details about the happenings in the party, and he will come up with the solution. In BJP, no one is beyond the party.”
