It is ridiculous that no body is bothered about the lakhs of students who really struggles due to the misdeeds of political and burocracy mafia. Those who completed their studies are waiting for certificates since 3-4 years. What is the responsibility of government (state and central) towards the helpless student, who are also citizen of India, but they think as useless, as not united and not vote bank. Please bring those who committed in front of the law, but take quic actions to sort out the issues of students and allow them to get there deserved certificates.
