Fresher’s day celebrated at JSSCW, Saraswathipuram

“Education is giving rise to one’s curiosity and making them to find answers. Education begins from the birth. Along with time man learns to have a good behavior, creative personality” said doctor, writer Dr Bhadrashetty Nagaraj.


He was speaking in the Karanji event organized by the senior students to welcome the juniors in JSS College for women, Saraswthipuram.

He explained how the human personality is developed by quoting the writings of Eric Brown and Thomas A Harris. Students should read more and only by reading more one can be more knowledgeable, he opined.

Dr Mrutyunjaya Kulenur, director of the educational department of JSS Mahavidyapeeta released the annual magazine ‘Sindhoora’ and said, “Participation of students in various educational and cultural activities can be known by reading ‘Sindhoora’. Students should utilize the facilities provided by the college and come up in their life”.

Principal Prof K V Suresh, teaching and non-teaching faculty and students were present.
