The startups meet being organised by CII-Young Indians (Yi) Mysuru Chapter is scheduled at JSS Science and Technology University Campus at 4 pm tomorrow. Experts Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan from Bengaluru will conduct the meet.
The Start-up India initiative of the Government of India was announced on January 16, 2016 with the aim to empower start-ups to grow through innovation and design. This initiative strives to build a strong eco-system for nurturing innovation and start-ups so that start-ups drive sustainable economic growth and generate large scale employment opportunities.
“There is a strong surge in entrepreneurs coming up with new ideas and taking the initiative to form start-ups and give wings to their dreams. To convert the ideas to reality or to give the thrust to the start-ups, it is pertinent that the entrepreneurs understand that they have a good business structure or that can be simplified at a low cost, they can protect their innovation, act in compliance with laws and avail all the incentives that are provided by the government,” said Dr N Muthukumar, Chairman, CII Mysuru in a press release issued on Wednesday.
The meet will address essential structural, legal, commercial, regulatory and compliance related issues surrounding the starting the start-up, managing the start-up and taking the start-up to the next level. This meet will provide a comprehensive and practical approach towards being an entrepreneur and how to focus on strengths rather than bury under the plethora of regulatory and legal issues.
This meet will be extremely useful to people who have ideas and want to start a new venture, who have already started their venture and need guidance, who would want to take benefits from the government incentive schemes and those who are struggling with regulatory & compliance issues and would want to focus on core business. This meet also provides an opportunity for entrepreneurs to meet with and ask one-to-one question from experts.
