Youths should strengthen Kannada: Y D Rajanna
Mysuru, July 28:- “Youths should work in order to develop and strengthen Kannada,” said writer Y D Rajanna.
He was speaking at Kuvempu Kavyanamana programme organised at Vijaya Vitala PU college, Saraswatipuram on Friday.
“Students have to learn other languages. But Kannada should also be taught with higher importance. Many writers have contributed for the development of Kannada,” he added.
Neelagiri Talawar, Gubbigudu Ramesh, R Vasudeva Bhat and others were present. (KS)
