7th Arogya Mysuru free health camp held

Mysuru, February 25:- 7th Arogya Mysuru health camp, under The WAC (War Against Cancer), was held on Sunday from 7:30 am to 2 pm at CITB choultry at Siddarthanagar on Sunday.

Kidwai Cancer Hospital, Bengaluru, had sent an equipped bus which enables cancer screening, X-ray and ultrasound testing. More than 78 women underwent tests on the bus.

2,338 people from Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) Ward number 52 and 53 took part in the camp. Certificates of widow pension and Indira Gandhi old age pension were given to Mani, Manjula, Rajamma, Uma Subramanya, and Rakshita on the occasion.

Krishnaraja Constituency MLA S A Ramadass, corporator Chayadevi, B V Manjunath, Roopa Yogish, Dr Lakshminarayana Shenoy, Dr Seetha Lakshmi, owner of Annapurna Eye hHspital Ashwath, former deputy mayor Vanitha Prasanna, Mahadevamma and others were present. (MR/SH)
