Action against autorickshaws with faulty meters

Mysuru, February 5:- Mysuru city traffic police conducted a surprise check near the Mysuru Suburban Bus Terminal on Sunday and collected a fine of Rs 10,000 from 20 auto drivers with faulty meters.

The operation was guided by DCP Dr Vikram Amathe and conducted by Mahadevaswamy, Devaraja Police Inspector Srinivas.

The police officers warned of continuing the operation and instructed the auto drivers to keep their meters in  right condition (MR/KS).
