Activists of various organisations have demanded the arrest of K Marigowda, former Zilla Panchayat president and a close confidant of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who had intimidated Deputy Commissioner C Shikha. Even after three days of the incident, the police officers have failed to arrest Marigowda.
