ATI and UoM sign MoU for online courses

ATI to offer six massive open online courses in public administration

Mysuru, February 5:- Prestigious training institution of India, Administrative Training Institute (ATI) and century-old University of Mysore (UoM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to start 6 massive open online courses (MOOC). Director of ATI Kapil Mohan and Vice-Chancellor of UoM Prof G Hemanth Kumar signed the MoU.

The massive online courses in 6 subjects are being introduced to develop the ability of officials being newly appointed and those presently working. These courses will help in making the responsibilities and functioning of the officials better.

ATI is starting 6 courses in public administration. One will be job-oriented diploma course and the other five will be on disaster management, social justice and equality, e-governance, data analysis, sustainable development targets, and public-private partnership.

Officials will be encouraged to attend these online courses. The examination will also be held online.
