Mysuru, March 20:- Prohibition on the entry of the visitors to Mysuru Palace has been extended till March 31 as a precautionary measure in view of coronavirus threat.
The Mysore Palace Board had prohibited the public entry to the palace from March 15 to 22. As the scare of the virus is increasing day by day, the administration has decided to extend the prohibition further.
With thousands of tourists visiting Mysuru Palace every day, it was imminent to extend the ban. Keeping in mind the health and well-being of the public, the prohibition has been extended. (MR/KS)
