Mysuru, September 28:- It is alleged that Mysuru-Kodagu Member of Parliament Pratap Simha had hatched a game plan during the state Assembly polls and MCC elections to help candidates from other parties by sidelining honest members of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
