Addressing the BSNL employees at the sixth conference of the circle, organised by Karnataka circle, Bengaluru at Regional Telecom Training Centre (RTTC), BSNLEU general secretary P Abhimanyu called upon the working class employees to stay united in order to oppose the exploitation by the capitalists and outsourcing of jobs.

While addressing the employees at 6th circle conference held in the city, he said, “BSNLEU is not limited to its members, it also works towards the welfare of the employees and other organisations associated with the working class in the country.”

“The working population in the third world countries is being exploited by capitalists by transferring the job opportunities to the foreign countries and exploiting the local work force. While only employees can understand the problems of others and protect them, unfortunately there are a few who are divided on the basis of caste, creed and religion,” he said.

Politics controlled by the capitalists

Capitalists are not bothered about their employees or the country even after growing in a big way. The working class must be aware that the capitalists are capable of controlling politics of the country to break its unity,” he advised.

“In Uttar Pradesh, the politicians are using the name of Lord Rama for their political benefits. People must know about Rama before worshiping him,” he said.
