Mysuru, September 30:- “State received good rains after BS Yediyurappa became Chief Minister. All the rivers are flowing to their full capacity. He is working like a ‘god’ for the flood-affected people,” said MLA of Chamundeshwari Constituency GT Devegowda.
He was showering praise on Yediyurappa during his presidential address at the inaugural ceremony of Mysuru Dasara 2019 at Chamundi Hills on Sunday.
“Several development works have been undertaken after Yediyurappa took charge. He will provide a permanent solution to the flood-affected people of the state. Let him make Karnataka Rama Rajya during his governance,” he said.
“Yediyurappa has grown as a farmer leader. He has become the chief minister of Karnataka four times. The state received good rains after he became the chief minister. He brought in good fortune for the state. The Dasara festival is being held beautifully. Unfortunately, Mysuru did not receive the funds from the earlier government that Hassan and Ramanagara received,” Devegowda said. (MR/KS)
