Prime News, National, Karnataka, Politics, Corruption, Mysuru, July 5:- Rebel BJP MLA Basanagouda Patil Yatnal does not spare a thought to criticise the Chief Minister and his family whenever the chance arises. Yatnal, who had come to Mysuru to visit the famous Chamundeshwari Temple at Chamundi Hills on Monday (July 5), said, “I prayed to the Goddess to punish all those who are insane and corrupt. The state is being looted by a particular section of the society.”

Speaking to the media after the darshan of the Goddess, the MLA said, “Close on the heels unlock being declared in the state from today (July 5), I have come to Chamundi Hills. The corrupt people who are looting the state deserve to be punished. Those who are misusing power are all bad. I am confident they will be punished in the days to come. Many from the Opposition are also party to the corrupt practices.”
Training his guns on Yediyurappa’s son and Bharatiya Janata Party state vice president, B Y Vijayendra, he said, “The City Crime Branch (CCB) Police should raid the guest house behind Chief Minister’s official residence, Cauvery, in Bengaluru. Vijayendra does all his dealings from there.”
On whether Yediyurappa should unfurl the Tricolour on August 15 or not, he opined, “The Chief Minister should be replaced immediately. Yediyurappa’s family is making Rs 100 crore through corrupt practices.” (MR/KS)
