Burglars steal gold jewellery, cash in two separate incidents

Mysuru, May 29:- Burglars have made good with gold from two residences in Srirampura when no one was at home.

Burglars have entered the house of Natarajan, a resident of 11th cross in Srirampura when he had been to Bengaluru with his family on May 27. Theives have stolen a gold ring weighing nine grams, gold drop of two grams and Rs 18,000 cash by breaking the front door of the house. Natarajan has filed a complaint at Kuvempunagar Police Station. Investigations are on.

In another incident, theives gained entry to the residence of Basavesh in Srirampura 2nd stage when the family members were away from the city.

Four gold rings of 10 gram each, ear-rings weighing 10 gram, Rs 5,000 cash have been stolen.

A case has been registered at Kuvempunagar Police Station. Further investigations are on.
