Centre seems to be least bothered about farmers: P Mallesh

Mysuru: In support of the all-India bandh call given by Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SKM) here on Monday (September 27), many local organisations are holding rallies to extend their support.  NTM School Save Committee is also extending its support.  Convener P Mallesh said, “We have been advised by the police department not to resort to any kind of violence and our protest will be peaceful.”

He said, “Lakhs of people are protesting against the farm laws. Farmers are our annadathas and it is our foremost duty to stand by them. Their life is in doldrums. More than 700 people have died so far but no one seems to be bothered. Prime Minister  Narendra Modi is least bothered to check what has happened. When they are not interested in withdrawing the farm laws, we have no other go than to protest.” (MR/GK).
