Mysuru, January 06:- Students of class 4 from National Public school (Internationa),NPSI took part in the Christmas programme to spread the aura of the festive season to everyone around.

A skit was enacted by the students depicting the birth of Jesus Christ which clearly portrayed the moral; there is always victory for the good and defeat for the bad. It was followed by the melodious carols which were enchanting and rhythmic.

To mark the importance of Christmas, Smith spoke a few words giving the audience some food for thought. The celebration is never complete without a dance number.

With the Santa Cap and the glittering gift boxes as their props, the students danced their way on the foot-tapping numbers in the most vivacious manner.

The best was kept for the last – Santa along with his friend, the snow man, driving through the premises of NPSI in a horse-carriage- surprised the students.

Their happiness in having Santa among them and dancing was unconstrained. The programme concluded with pearls of wisdom from the Principal Shubha Achaiah who highlighted on giving to make others happy. -(KK)
