Classical dance programme by tiny-tots to be held on May 26-27

A classical cultural extrava­ganza in Vasundhara Bani, ‘Chiguru-Sanje’ will be held on May 26 and 27 between 6 pm and 9 pm at Jaganmohan Palace auditorium in the city.

The first day event will be inaugurated by Prof Geo­res Paul Venior, art critic and musicologist Thrissur and Vidhushi Sheela Sridhar, Bharanatya exponent HoD Fine Arts College UoM will be felicitated for her yeomen service to classical dance [Bharatanatya].

The chief guest is C R Hi­mashu, Secretary SPVGMC Trust, A Raghunath Patron VPAC CMD Auto, ID System will preside.

  • Shenoy, Pediatrician Ka­makshi Hospital and Vidwan
  • Ramachandra (Gamaki) will be felicitated for his contri­bution to Gamaka. The chief guest is Prof S Ramaparasad, president Karnataka Mukta-

ka Sahitya Academy Trust, presided by A Raghunath, Patron VPAC, CMD Auto, ID Systems. 50 well trained and highly talented tiny-tots, will present Bharatanatya in Vasundhara Bani.
