CM launches signature campaign demanding 33% women reservation in assembly

Prime News, Bengaluru, May 25:- Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Thursday launched signature campaign demanding 33 percent women reservation in seats to state assemblies and the parliament.

The Congress started signature campaign across the nation on the occasion of 26th death anniversary of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi on May 21, demanding 33 per cent women reservation Assemblies and the Parliament. Supporting this campaign on Thursday CM Siddaramaiah and AICC general secretary in charge of Karnataka K C Venugopal launched the signature campaign at KPCC office in Bengaluru.
