Mysuru, April 5:- Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who is likely to vacate Varuna constituency for his son Dr Yatindra, now seems to be worried about his decision. To see to it that everything goes according to his plan, Siddaramaiah is touring Chamundeshwari constituency again to Vokkaligas.
With an eye on Vokkaligas votes, Siddaramaiah is reportedly planning for a meeting with some of the prominent leaders from that community at a private community centre. Realising that he is not a popular leader among the Vokkaligas, Siddaramaiah is trying his best to win their hearts. The thought of Vokkaligas leaning towards JD(S) MLA G T Devegowda for obvious reasons has further worried the Chief Minister. To what extent Siddramaiah’s meeting with Vokkaliga leaders will help the Kuruba strongman, one will have to wait and see in the coming days. (MR/KS).
