Coaching classes for CSIR/UGC-NET aspirants

The University of Mysore Council of Scientific & In­dustrial Research (CSIR/ UGC-NET) Coaching Center was formally inaugurated by Professor B Mahadevappa, Finance Officer, University of Mysore at the Linnaeus Hall of Department of Botany, Manasagangotri Campusre­cently.

In his inaugural speech Prof Mahadevappa called upon students to take spe­cial interest to study for the CSIR and UGC NET classes and to come out with flying colours.

Prof A Balasubramani­an, Dean Faculty of Science and Technology addressed the students and explained the do’s and dont’s of facing NET competitive examina­tion.

Dr N N Prahallada of RIE Mysuru spoke on the occa­sion and urged the students to be punctual in attending the classes.

Also he asked the stu­dents to take more interest and work systematically to be successful in the exam­ination.

Prof Shobha Jagannath Chairperson Department of Botany presided over the function and stressed the need to work hard in order to perform well in the exam­ination.
