Coalition parties are fighting among themselves: V Srinivas Prasad

Mysuru, April 16:- “The coalition parties versus Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) have now become Congress versus Janata Dal (Secular) in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. There is no understanding and cooperation between the two parties in Mandya and Hassan districts. It will benefit BJP in the elections,” said BJP state vice president and Chamarajanagar BJP candidate V Srinivas Prasad during a discussion with media persons at Mysuru Press Club on Tuesday.

“Kumaraparva started in Chamarajanagar. The leaders of coalition parties were hurling abuses at each other during the state Assembly elections. They have used all the abusive words in the vocabulary against each other. They brought caste politics to a different level during the elections,” he said.

“Former prime minister and JD(S) supremo HD Deve Gowda entered into an alliance with Congress leader Siddaramaiah only to defeat Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Their coalition will in no way help in Karnataka’s development. Their internal clashes have become worse and is visible to the public,” he added.

“There is no difference between Dawood Ibrahim and C M Ibrahim. He is a joker. When he was with Siddaramaiah, he was abusing HD Deve Gowda. He is an opportunist,” alleged Prasad. Saying one doesn’t need the votes of a certain community is against the values of democracy. I wish a Dalit becomes the chief minister of Karnataka. This is my 7th election. I have united our party workers from the grass-root level,” Prasad said.

“When it comes to the Constitution, I won’t tolerate any statement against the Constitution. India needs Modi government and Karnataka needs Yeddyurappa government. Yeddyurappa should become the chief minister again. BJP will win at least 20 seats in the Lok Sabha elections in the state,” a confident Prasad said.
