Conference on ‘Empowering the Indian women’ to be held in city tomorrow

Mysuru, June 5:- Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Mysuru chapter is organising a conference on ‘Empowering the Indian Women: A vision to fly higher’ on Wednesday (tomorrow) at Hotel Grand Mercure on New Sayyaji Rao Road in the city.

Rajamatha of Mysuru royal family Dr Pramoda Devi Wadiyar will be the chief guest at the conference.

Kamal Bali, immediate past chairman, CII Karnataka and managing director, Volvo India Pvt Limited and Dr Shalini Urs, founder chairperson, MYRA School of Business; Bhaskar Kalale, vice chairman, CII Mysuru and president and general manager – India Operations, Theorem India Pvt Ltd; Reeth Abraham, former Indian Athlete and South Asian Games Champion in long jump;  Mrin Agarwal, co-founder, Womantra; C Champakamala, MSc (FS&N) NDEP,  chief clinical nutritionist,  Apollo BGS Hospitals and Dr Arti Behl, consultant psychiatrist, Apollo BGS Hospitals and Shruthi M Ramakrishna, delivery manager, Infosys Ltd, will also address the gathering on various topics of women’s interest.
