Mysuru, September 11:- “Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) practices internal democracy system while the Congress is still continuing the legacy of family politics,” said Tourism Minister and BJP state election officer CT Ravi.
He was speaking at the preliminary meeting held ahead of internal elections of the party at BJP city office on Tuesday.
“Credibility doesn’t matter for Congress when its leaders are appointed. They consider only DNA. But we have been practicing the system of internal democracy since the days of Jana Sangh,” he said.
“Selecting leaders based on DNA is an insult to our democracy. There is no internal democracy in the party of the so-called socialist Siddaramaiah. Congress party is under the influence of a family,” he added.
