Mysuru, May 13:- President of Karnataka Praja Party Dr B Shivanna has requested convention centres to pay back the advance money taken from the public for wedding and other events. The nation is under an extended lockdown till May 17.
He was speaking at a press meet on Facebook live at Mysuru press meet on Wednesday.
“People have booked the Convention Centres by paying advance money but they are unable to organise any events. But the Convention Hall owners are now saying that they will return only 50% of the money which is not fair. I request the Convention Centres to repay the full advance money to the public,” he added.
