Convention of Republican Party of India on April 11

Mysuru, April 3:- “Bharatiya Republican Party president Prakash Y Ambedkar will attend the party convention at Chamundeshwari constituency and release the second list of candidates of the party on April 11,” said state president of the party, R Mohan Raj at a press meet at Mysuru press club on Tuesday.

“The party founded by the grandson of Dr B R Ambedkar, Prakash Ambedkar has been functioning to ensure the safety of the Constitution and social awareness. We will contest the election in coalition with like-minded parties such as CPI, CPI-M. We have already released the list of 10 candidates for Humanabad, Udupi, Bagalakot, Vijayanagar and other constituencies. The Modi government has brought threat to the diversity of the nation. They may introduce single culture and religion as they introduced GST. Congress is silently supporting this. Dalits and the backward can’t be developed by them,” he added.

Raj said that the party will contest from 40 constituencies of the state.
