Lockdown: Corporator Gopi distributes ration kits to ASHA volunteers

Mysuru, April 17:- 10 ‘fever clinics’ have been opened in Mysuru city to help people having fever, cold and headache. Corporator Gopi visited the fever clinic at Thonachikoppal and distributed ration kits to Accredited Social Health Activist (ASHA) volunteers and staff of fever clinic on Friday amid the nationwide lockdown to contain spread of coronavirus.

He visited the Primary Health Centre at TK Layout and distributed ration kits to them. He said that the ASHA volunteers and health workers belong to the ward of Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) which he represents and said he distributed ration as they can’t go out to buy essentials as they are always on duty.
