Corporator Ramaprasad protests holding empty pot

Mysuru, October 22:- Corporator MV Ramaprasad staged protest holding empty pot at Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) meeting on Tuesday, demanding proper supply of drinking water to the residents of the city.

The MCC meeting was held in the presence of Mayor Pushpalatha Jagannath. Corporator said that the people are struggling due to unavailability of water even though the state received enough rains.

The corporator staged a unique protest with empty pots while trying to drive home a point. He was also sporting a shirt with a message about water problems in the city.

Pushpalatha Jagannath assured him of solving the water scarcity soon. (MR/KS)
