Crispy Eggless Bread Pinwheels


  • 3 bread slices
  • 1/4 cup boiled potato, mashed
  • 1/4 cup homemade paneer
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrot and capsicum
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon red and green chilli, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon grated cooking cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon mixed Italian herbs
  • salt to taste
  • butter to apply on pinwheels
  • oil to grease


  1. To prepare these Crispy Eggless Bread Pinwheels, get prepped with all the chopping of veggies. Mash boiled potato and crumble paneer.
  2. Now add all veggies with all spices n cheese to the mashed potato. Mix well.
  3. Cut the border of bread slices n roll it thinner with rolling pin.
  4. Now attach all the bread slices by applying some water on the edges.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on the attached bread slices and roll it tightly. Do it firmly and slow, such that the bread slices doesn’t break.
  6. Wrap it in Aluminium foil tightly and freeze for 45 minutes.
  7. Spread an Aluminium foil on a baking tray and grease it.
  8. Preheat Oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
  9. Meanwhile, keep out the bread roll from freeze n remove the foil from it.
  10. Carefully cut into 1-inch thick slice to look like pinwheels.
  11. Brush with butter on these pinwheels.
  12. Place on baking tray and bake for 10 minutes.
  13. Flip them carefully and bake for another 10 minutes until crisp.
  14. Serve Crispy Eggless Bread Pinwheels with tomato ketchup.
