Cycle Pure Agarbathies joins hands with Mercara Downs Golf Club

Cycle Pure Agarbathies, announced its association with Mercara Downs Golf Club.

The annual golf event of the club witnessed around 80 golf enthusiasts participating across 8 categories. The tournament was teed off by I K Anil, Captain of the Mercara Downs Golf Club.  An open invite event, the tournament witnessed golfers from Mysuru, Bengaluru, Coorg, Chikamagalur, Ooty and Kodaikanal vying for the titles.

Arjun Ranga, Managing Director, Cycle Pure Agarbathies presented the trophies to the winners. I K Anil, Captain of the Mercara Downs Golf Club, Harish Appanna, Hon. Secretary, Mercara Downs Golf Club and K P Ranjith and others were present during the event.

Speaking on the occasion, I K Anil, Captain of the Mercara Downs Golf Club said: “The club is honoured to be associated with the NR Group which sponsors sporting events all over the globe, be it Cricket or Golf. Their maiden venture to sponsor this prestigious event in Coorg, otherwise known as Scotland of India is truly commendable. This is also an encouragement to rural golfing talent.”

Elaborating on the same, Arjun Ranga, Managing Director, Cycle Pure Agarbathies said: “India has tremendous talent and it is through greater participation from corporates that we can bring out the best in our country. We at Cycle Pure Agarbathies have extensively supported the game of golf through sponsorship and by organising national-level tournaments. The current association is an extension of our commitment of promoting the game.”
