Mysuru, June 14:- DC D Randeep and MLA G T Devegowda visited the NURM Housing Colony near Sathagalli on Wednesday for first-hand information on problems prevailing there.
They listened to the grievances of the public and promised to solve them. They advised the public to keep an eye on cleanliness as monsoon is likely to spread epidemics. On The residents explained to the officials about the road and power problems in the colony.
“When it rains, the water floods our houses, inconveniencing children and the elderly. The government school has classes till 5th and the children are required to go to Hanchya village to study further. Provide provision till 10th standard in the existing government school,” the residents said.
NURM officials, MLA G T Devegowda, Mayor M J Ravi Kumar, MUDA commissioner Mahesh, MCC Commissioner G Jagadish and others were present. (MR/KS).
