Mysuru, May 26:- The 78th birthday of Sri Ganapathy Sachchidananda Swamiji of Avadhoota Datta Peetha is being observed by his devotees on Tuesday. All 87 ashrams run by the seer have upheld the idea of secularism.
“The world is going through a difficult time due to coronavirus pandemic. An unseen virus is making us struggle for living. It reminds us of a small boy Vamana pushing Mahabali to ‘patal lok.’ Coronavirus has taught us a lesson. The mistakes we have committed are returning to us with a boomerang effect. This is a lesson the nature has taught human beings. We can become complete human beings if we follow dharma, karma and spirituality,” the seer said in his message.
“Human beings can’t exist without dharma. Those who tried to live by violating the boundaries of dharma have suffered a lot. Every being that is born carries death along with it. Lord Krishna has said that change is the rule of the universe. He has taught us the path to attain moksha,” the swamiji added.
“I remember my mother Jayalakshmamma at this moment. I was privileged to be her son. If I am walking in the path of dharma, it is because of her. I pray to God to help us defeat the coronavirus pandemic,” he said.
