Double blow to Dinakaran; Delhi police issue a look-out notice

A dramatic turn of events saw TTV Dinakaran being ousted from AIADMK party last night and the trouble just doubled after the Delhi police issued a look-out notice against him.

Dinakaran is facing the heat after he was caught giving a bribe to a middleman to get AIADMK’s two leaves symbol allotted to his party.

Immigration officials have also been instructed to alert police if Dinakaran tries boarding a flight. Officials have alerted all sea and airports with his details.

Delhi Police had filed an FIR in the case, after the middleman, Sukesh Chandrasekhar, was arrested from a five-star hotel in the Capital. Police recovered Rs 1.3 crore and two luxury cars from Chandrasekhar, who is accused of duping at least 500 Mumbaikars in the infamous Ponzi scam.

In an unprecedented move, VK Sasikala and family was shown the exit door from AIADMK (Amma) on Monday after a long meeting at Tamil Nadu chief minister E Palaniswami’s residence. The move came in light of merger talks between the two AIADMK factions, and O Panneerselvam’s demand for removal of “Amma betrayers” Sasikala and Dinakaran. – PR
