Mysuru, June 19:- Kuvempunagar Police arrested a man who in an inebriated state had assaulted his wife with a sickle.
Anka Nayaka, a tender coconut vendor, is the accused. He had assaulted his wife at Ramakrishnanagar ‘H’ block over a petty issue. Nayaka was arrested on charges of attempt to murder his wife.
Kuvempunagar Police have registered a complaint. Investigations are on. (KS, NGB)
