Educational institutions should evolve strategy to mould students according to changing times: Dr K Devaraj

Mysuru, February 11:- “Educational institutions should study the changes and evolve strategy to mould the students accordingly. Then there won’t be a problem,” said former director of SDM Institute of Management, Mangaluru, Dr K Devaraj.

He was speaking at a special lecture on current issues and developments at Mysore Makkala Koota and Sri Dharmasthala Manjunatheswara (MMK and SDM) College for Women auditorium at Krishnamurthypuram here on Monday.

“Industries are adopting new technology at rapid speed. We have to adapt to the changes and do researches. We have to make proper use of solar energy. The proper utilisation of solar energy will be enough for the entire world. We have to work towards making these dreams come true. If we prepare our students to cope with newer challenges, then the problem will not remain a problem anymore,” he added.

“There have been enough administrative changes. The students not only listen to their teachers in class, but also go to laboratories and learn more. Youths are extremely talented nowadays. Their knowledge has to be utilised properly,” Dr Devaraj pointed out.
