Election awareness campaign held at Gungral Chatra village

Mysuru, April 5:- Election awareness campaign was held at Gungral Chatra village by taluk SVEEP Committee.

Assistant director of taluk panchayat Krishna administered the oath to voters. A human chain was formed to create awareness among the public.

School students, volunteers of ASHA and Anganwadi took out a march through major streets of the village to drive home a point. They urged the villagers to cast their votes without missing. They also requested the public to not fall prey to any bribes and vote ethically.

They requested the people to elect a representative who will work to solve the problems being faced by them. They explained to the public about CVigil app on the violation of the code of conduct.

Sector officer Irfan, panchayat development officer Vrushabhendrappa, school teachers and others were present. (MR/KS).
