State BJP president B S Yeddyurappa was given a warm welcome by the BJP cadres in Mysuru on Friday. Yeddyurappa is here to take part in the executive meeting of the party.
Speaking to media, Yeddyurappa said, “All the executive committee members have been invited to take part in the meeting. Everyone will take part in it. Central ministers, MPs, MLAs are all coming. Two major decisions will be taken on the occasion. The current political scenario in the state will come up for discussion. State is suffering from a severe drought. It is on the top of the agenda.” Continuing further, he said, “There are no groups in our party. We are all together.”
He also welcomed the Supreme Court’s verdict of capital punishment for the culprits in Nirbhaya case. Several BJP leaders accompanied Yeddyurappa.
