The infighting within the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Karnataka continues just a day after the ugly spat between BJP leaders B S Yeddyurappa and K S Eshwarappa, the feud amidst their supporters continued in Mysuru.
A heated conversation was witnessed between Yeddyurappa loyalist Puttaswamy and Eshwarappa supporters.
The incident occurred during the induction of Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) council member B M Nataraj to BJP at the party office at Nazarbad in the city on Friday.
Speaking on the occasion, MLC Puttaswamy said that Eshwarappa was indulging in anti-party activities and spoiling the BJP’s image. This enraged the Eshwarppa supporters who objected and claimed that Eshwarappa is working for the welfare of all party workers across the state. This verbal duel ended up in a scuffle between the party workers and Puttaswamy.
