Farmer falls from coconut tree, dies
Mysuru, May 20:- A farmer accidentally fell from a coconut tree and died on the spot. The incident happened at Munjanahalli village on Friday.
The deceased is identified as Varadanayaka (58). He climbed a coconut tree to pluck tender coconut. As it rained the previous night, the tree was slippery and Varadanayaka lost control and fell. Police have registered a complaint. (MR/KS).
