Mysuru, January 16:- “In the present world where human relations are losing sheen, observing festivals will help develop human relations,” said Karnataka Arebhashe Academy member Shwetha Madappady. She was speaking at Sankranti programme observed at Shakthidhama here in the city by Pathi Foundation on Saturday.
“Woman’s life is always a struggle. There are thousands of orphanages in the country and many of women are living there. Pathi Foundation has organised Sankranti in a meaningful way,” she said.
“We are organising this programme to spread better human values. Those who live in orphanages should not miss out on observing festivals,” said Parthasarathi of Pathi Foundation.
Vikram Iyengar, Rakesh, Manju, Atharva Shetty and others were present. (MR/SH).
