Mysuru, April 6:- “Talented students coming from poor background from rural areas will be given free education at Purna Chethana Public School,” said chairman of the school Dr Vidhyasagar at a press meet held at Mysuru Press Club on Friday.
“The scheme introduced this year will give higher emphasis on girls’ education. Interested athletes, artistes may also apply. Along with free education, the school provides free transportation facility till SSLC,” he added.
“Students who have scored more than 80% in 7th or 8th standard will be selected through entrance examination. Applications will be distributed from April 8. Applications should be returned before April 28. Entrance examination will be held on April 30. Top 20 students will be given free education,” he added.
