Mysuru, February 10:- “Jnana Buthi, a free competitive examinations training centre, which has been a ray of hope for rural students will be started again,” said vice-president of the organisation Prof M Krishnegowda at a press meet held at Mysuru Press Club on Friday.
“Training for rural youth aspiring to become IAS or KAS officers was tough. It is no more the case, thanks to Jnana Buthi which has made this come true. Thousands of officials have studied in the institution,” he added.
“Jnana Buthi is the first competitive exam training centre in South India. It has served for more than 30 years. The organisation could not function due to legal issues in the last two years. The organisation will now be working at the premises of Lakshmipuram Government School. Senior officers, lecturers and experts will train the students,” he added.
