Free treatment for flood-hit victims by DRM hospital: Dr Manjunath

Mysuru, August 21:- “Kodagu district is hit by the worst floods of the century. I understood the medical requirement and need of the people of Kodagu in my interaction with the District Health Officer (DHO) of Kodagu. A team of expert doctors and technical staff from our DRM Multi-specialty Hospital are heading to Kodagu with all the necessary medical aides, medicines and equipment. We will undertake all the required medical actions in Kodagu for the well-being of the people who are affected by the devastating floods,” said founder chairman of the hospital and City BJP President Dr Manjunath B H here on Tuesday.

Speaking to City Today, he said, “Our hospital will provide all the required treatment for the patients affected by the natural calamity, free of cost, 24/7 for the next 10 days. The hospital will provide them free surgical and medical treatment along with medicines. Our Jeevadhara blood bank will provide blood and its byproducts to the patients from Kodagu for free of cost. I will personally visit Kodagu and join our medical team in treating the patients who are affected by the flood. I request you to spread this message so that people of Kodagu who are affected by floods will be able to avail all the necessary treatments.”
