Gandhi Shilp Bazaar, Special Handloom Expo opened at JSS Mysore Urban Haat here yesterday.
Development Commissioner for Textiles Dr Raju inaugurated Gandhi Shilp Bazaar and Special Handloom Expo at JSS Mysore Urban Haat.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Raju said that 100-acre land at Tandavapura Industrial Area has been identified to set up a Textile park as proposed by the state government in its recent budget. At the recent Invest Karnataka meet, investors have come forward to invest over Rs 1,000 crore, he added.
