Geethayaana-2018 from tomorrow

Mysuru, March 21:- GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women, Mysuru is celebrating Annual Techno-Cultural Fest GEETHAYAANA-2018 from 22nd to 24th March  in the city.

This Annual Fest brings students together belonging to various engineering colleges providing them a platform to showcase their talents.  The GEETHAYAANA-2018 will be inaugurated by the Chief Guest Rajmatha Dr Pramoda Devi Wodeyar on Thursday at 10.30AM in M Govindarao Memorial Hall, GSSSIETW Campus in the presence of the Guest of Honour Padma Vibhushan Dr V K Aatre, Former Advisor to Defence Minister, Govt. of India.

The Inaugural function will be presided by Dr M Jagannatha Shenoi, President, GSSS (R), Mysuru, Vanaja B Pandit, Hon. Secretary, GSSS (R), Mysuru, R K Bharath, CEO and Management Committee Member GSSS(R), Anupama B Pandit, AAO, GSSSIETW, all Managing Committee members of GSSS(R), Dr Shivakumar. M, Principal, GSSSIETW, Chief Coordinators Dr Bellappa S, Professor & Head, Dept. of Chemistry, Dr Pushpalatha H L, Professor and Head, Dept. of Physics will grace the occasion.

All HODs, Staff and Students of GSSSIETW will be present on this occasion. The three day event is colored with various competitions to be held between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

On first day, Technospardha event will be held which comprises of Technical Quiz, Technical Collage, Poster Presentation, Circuit Debugging, Technical Crossword puzzle and Computer Gaming Competition.

Second day competitions include Solo dance, Duet Dance, Group Dance, Singing, Skit, Mime, Debate and Dumb Charades.
