Goons attack dance museum, destroy furniture

Mysuru, June 17:- Goons attacked a dance museum on Chamundi Hills Road in the city on Friday over a land dispute.

Though the land dispute is in court, the owner of the land Somesh allegedly engaged the goons to get the land vacated. As soon as the employees opened the door of the museum, the goons entered and destroyed the furniture and stuffed dolls. They also made away with CCTV equipments with them.

Bhaskaran had taken the land on rent for five years for Rs 10,000 per month. It is alleged that when another person offered higher rent, Somesh tried to vacate the space by letting the goons.

Nazarbad Police inspector Shekhar visited the spot and is investigating.
