Mysuru, September 17:- “The state and central governments have failed in flood relief activities in Karnataka,” said the state president of Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) M Krishnamurthy at a press meet held at Mysuru Press Club on Monday
“Though the government of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is governing both in the state and centre, the Members of Parliament, ministers including the chief minister have failed to provide adequate compensation to the rain and flood affected people. We condemn the government for diverting SC/ST development funds for flood relief programmes. The central government is showing a step-motherly attitude towards Karnataka,” he added.
