Grand Mercure Mysuru’s recently launched specialty restaurant ‘By The Blue’ has introduced its signature Poolside Sunday Brunch, recently. The Brunch will offer an amalgamation of exciting, flavourful and unforgettable delicacies specially handcrafted by Executive Chef Mukul Jha and his culinary team. The hotel also invites it’s patrons to celebrate this beloved Sunday tradition with their family and friends in a warm, refined and interactive ambience overlooking the rooftop pool.
Mid-morning meals at By The Blue will include breakfast specials such as eggs benedict, a wide variety of omelettes, noodle soup and dosas paired with an interactive grill station and mezze salad buffet, apart from a hot breakfast buffet spread and an array of desserts and fresh bakes. The menu will also include tempting chocolate creations such as Trio of Belgian Chocolate Mousse and Chewy Brownie with Fondant Chocolate. Freshly made waffles, pancakes and crepes from a live station will be delightfully paired with ice cream, mascarpone cream and seasonal fresh fruits. Offering a choice of indoor and outdoor seating by the sparkling blue poolside, the restaurant comfortably accommodates 58 guests.
The Sunday brunch priced at Rs 999 ++ includes fine crafted mocktails, juices and soft beverages and is on every Sunday from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Guests are also entitled to take a dip in the terrace pool and enjoy an afternoon swim as part of the offer. For families, Grand Mercure Mysuru has also made special arrangements for kids so that they can join the brunch with an exclusive play area coupled with special activities. An add-on offer to the brunch is that the kid dines free along with two paying adults, making it a perfect opportunity to celebrate with the family.
