Groundbreaking ceremony held for new building at Kanaka Guru Peetha

Mysuru, February 8:- Groundbreaking ceremony was held for the construction of a five-floor building at the premises of Kanaka Guru Peetha at Siddarthanagar in the city on Friday.

The building is being constructed at a cost of Rs 5 crore, which includes guest rooms, hostel for 100 students, kitchen and dining hall and prayer rooms.

Niranjananandapuri seer, Shivanandapuri seer, former MLA of Chamaraja Constituency Vasu, former minister C H Vijayashankar, APMC president Prabhuswamy, corporator M K Shankar, former corporator B M Nataraj and others were present. (HN, NGB)
