GSSSIETW conducts roadshow for its students

Mysuru, March 23:- Department of Information Science and and Engineering and Department of MBA of GSSSIETW, Mysuru, in association with Computer Society of India (CSI), Bengaluru and Mysore chapters, organised a roadshow on “Salesforce – Anyone can be a developer” here on Friday.

The roadshow was organised in association with DCompiler, Mysuru for 8th Semester students of all branches of engineering and Department of MBA.

The programme was inaugurated by resource persons, Chandra Prasad, CEO, DCompiler, in the presence of Dr Shivakumar M, Principal, GSSSIETW, Dr Reshma Banu, Prof and Head, Department of Information Science and Engineering, GSSSIETW and Dr G Y Vishwanath, Professor and Head, Department of MBA.

Prasad gave an overview to the students on how to become a developer without code. He emphasised on how the students should utilise opportunities and apply their learning needs and interests in selecting an appropriate field.

The programme was coordinated by Dr Aparna J Varma, Associate Professor, Department of MBA and Anand M, Assistant Professor, Department of Information Science and Engineering, GSSSIETW.

The roadshow included concepts such as Salesforce Clouds, My vOperator, Clear Text, Salesforce Administrator, Sales, Service, Finance, Certifications, Career and Coding for Coders. The roadshow provides practical knowledge and equips the students with a number of job opportunities created in the field of salesforce. (MR)
